This is a very typical problem, especially for older machines! And is something we are very experienced in repairing. This issue is almost always related to an issue with your hard drive. Though in most but not all cases it is due to a defective hard drive it could be related to an issue with the Windows operating system itself. Here are some possible reasons for windows not loading:
• Windows made an error and corrupted your system files.
• A windows update was corrupted due to interruption. Something may have been installed that shouldn’t have been.
•A virus damaged core system files or shut you out.
• Your hard rive has started to physically fail.
• Your hard drive may have started developing bad sectors where system files are located. Not to worry, we can test your hard drive and uncover the issue with it for free and have it sorted for you in no time!
This a broad issue with many different possibilities we would suggest to get in touch with one of our team members, we are happy to respond to both texts and phone calls!
